About Us
Joy of Koi Fisheries are owned and run by angling enthusiasts. We breed fish so our lakes are always well-stocked with Common carp, Mirror carp, Koi carp, Chub, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Golden Rudd, Green Tench, Golden Tench, Perch, Gudgeon, Catfish and Trout.
The fisheries are well-maintained to ensure that our fish stocks are provided with the right environment and we have strict usage rules for the lakes to maintain high levels of conditioning.
We are keen to encourage match-fishing in our location we we believe offers a great place to enjoy your angling.
We are currently involved in an exciting project creating a new angling location supported by the Disabled Anglers Association.
This location is a short drive from our lakes in North Somercotes and will offer pegs specifically designed for accessibility for all anglers.
